As the weather gets colder everyone gets sick, I know you shouldn't work out if you're horribly ill, but is it best to recuperate till your 100% or 80% better or if you feel semi well to push yourself to working out?
Quick answer- when you're feeling mostly well and are mentally ready to get back to your normal rhythm: get to the gym, wash those hands, and take it nice and easy. You can get back from a cold faster than you can the flu. This wonderful article from Greatist has a more in-depth look at the topic (browse this website, lot's of cool stuff to glean.) A tip, coming from my own experiences and nothing else- when I feel a cold coming on, I take Emergen-C. That shit is legit or an amazing placebo.
