Breakfast (post workout). I always just eat eggs/bacon/sausage. At other points I've done cottage cheese/Greek yogurt (high fat obviously). What are your thoughts? Don't say fruit smoothie
I start every nutrition conversation by asking, is how/what/when you're eating making you happy in how you look/feel/perform and the pace at which you're reaching your goals? It's not? What adjustments do we need to make then?
To tackle this specific question, post workout is a good window to eat protein (for muscle building) and some carbohydrates (for energy replenishment.) Eggs and fruit, milk, leftover steak and rice, a fruit smoothie with a scoop of whey protein- the options are endless.
